• Puberty — I want menstrual health, period care, sleep, and mood support — not pregnancy planning or partner tools yet.
• Preventing pregnancy — I want to avoid pregnancy and focus on contraception and reproductive health.
• Preparing for pregnancy — I am trying to conceive or getting ready for a future pregnancy.
• Pregnant — I am currently pregnant and want pregnancy-focused support.
• Postpartum — I recently had a baby and want recovery and postpartum support.
• Perimenopause — My cycles or symptoms are changing in midlife — I want support for irregular periods, sleep, mood, and medications.
• Menopause — My periods have stopped — I want support for sleep, mood, medications, and knowing when to seek care.
